Pressure Washing

  • We live in a very densely wooded part of Lynn Valley and every spring we have a monstrous task of cleaning our 1400sq ft stone deck, surrounding glass balcony, concreate driveway and wooden deck/walkways. We had Rohaan and Morgan come to do this massive job for us this year. I am very particular about cleanliness, so I was skeptical but willing to give the guys a chance. First of all, these gentlemen are very communicative, flexible and come when they say so. They make working with them so EASY. They are super pleasant and did their work efficiently. The ran up against a couple roadblocks and thoughtfully worked through the issues and did not take any short cuts. I was pleasantly surprised with their quality of work and willingness to finish the job to our satisfaction. Overall, they get an 11/10. Nobody likes pressure washing for days on end – they made my spring by taking this off my to-do list. I would fully recommend them to anybody – even for very challenging jobs.

  • Morgan with Lions Gate Home Services did a fantastic job power washing our condo patio! It was a disaster as we’d let pigeons live on it all winter and they had completely covered it in their droppings. There was also an unbelievable amount of pigeon nest debris. We hadn’t had the heart to clear it away while there were baby pigeons but now it was a horrible mess it was embarrassing. We have no external water source and all our taps are odd shapes that don’t adapt correctly to a hose. 4 other companies turned down the job saying it wasn’t possible without the external water source. Morgan did some MacGyver-ing and made it work! He stayed late and made our balcony shine! We are so pleased with his work! Thank you Lions Gate Home Services!
